Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. For pre-made items please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery from placing your order. Made to order items can take up to 14 days.
Pre-Order items can take longer depending on suppliers turn around, you will be kept up to date on expected delivery times.
We send despatch emails so you will know when your order has been despatched.
Postage is £3.95 for all orders within the UK. We do not currently offer international postage.
Free delivery for customers within the RH14 postcode area use coupon code: LOCAL. Any customers who use this code and do not qualify will have their order cancelled and refunded.
Returns
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with within 14 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Returned postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you receive is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and we can arrange a replacement for you. We want happy customers, so let us know if you have any problems.
Made to measure clothing is NON REFUNDABLE, please make sure your measurements are accurate.
Clothing Warranty
All fabrics are pre-washed using Persil non Bio to ensure any shrinkage happens before the garment is constructed. We recommend you wash your new clothes in your own preferred washing detergent before wearing.
We are confident that the clothes will provide many years of use, but if for any reason you find your clothes are faulty, then come back to us for help. We are pleased to offer you a 6 month warranty on our clothing, so long as they have been subject to reasonable use.
The warranty extends to all aspects of the clothing such as fastenings and elastics.
All we ask is that you look after your clothes, make sure you follow our washing instructions.
